These Terms govern your use of Deconstruction Zone (“Service”). Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of these Terms.

Deconstruction Zone is a digital reflection tool designed to help users explore beliefs, faith, and identity through guided prompts and AI-assisted dialogue. It is not a social platform.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the Service respectfully and lawfully
- Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, prompts, and platform content belong to Mmago Day LLC. You may download or print your personal snapshots for personal use.
You may not:
- Copy or resell the Service
- Reproduce prompts for commercial use
- Create derivative tools based on our structure without permission
6. Payments & Plus Access
If you upgrade to Deconstruction Zone Plus, payments are processed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing in the future.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Mmago Day LLC is not liable for:
- Emotional distress arising from reflections
- Interpretations of AI-generated content
- Loss of data beyond reasonable control
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
